The First Time Moms' Club is here to help you feel supported in the first few months of motherhood. It is an inclusive group for new moms who want connection, conversation, and thoughtful support as they navigate early parenthood.

This is a seven-week group for new moms and their infants (6-16 weeks old). This group offers space to share your experiences, ask questions, and find support. Each session includes discussion around topics like:

• The emotional shifts of new motherhood
   

• Finding your voice and confidence as a parent
   

• Navigating relationship dynamics and communication
   

• Understanding infant development and soothing techniques
   

• Building routines that support both you and your baby

Led by Julia Wegmann, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working with new and expectant parents. Julia earned her degree in psychology and child development from DePaul University and completed her Master of Social Work, with a focus on Children, Youth, and Families, from The Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis​. She brings professional expertise, personal experience, and a warm, grounded approach to every session.
